difficult and the price of mistakes in selection is high.
The use of highly relevant material can help to make the
assessment and development of Managers an easier and more
predictable task.
It was to meet these needs that the WashBox management
simulation was developed.
This assessment and development material is based around a virtual manufacturing company. It
aims to well beyond in-tray exercises by providing all the information expected in the operation of
a small company. The content includes everything from the trivial to the strategic.
WashBox is a very customer driven programme. Since the release of the first version, we can
now offer you these choices:
Time Limited
2 hours - PC/Laptop, with MSC competency review programme
1 Hour - PC/Laptop, with single text file for participant’s notes
45 minutes - Web based with report
Time Limited - decided by you
A paper based version.
You can specify what you want in this, to suit your own objectives. In addition, we can provide
additional activities such as group discussions and help with assessment criteria. Outcomes after
using the simulation can include presentations and written reports.
With the PC programmes, emails and voice mails arrive. In addition there is information available
about the company and its products, not to mention recent mail too. This includes the option of a
set of Excel spread sheets giving financial and production information.
WashBox continues to evolve thanks to customer feedback. We would be pleased to show you
