WashBox simulations can be used in several ways:

1. Assessing management potential - The scenario covers a wide range of issues at different

levels. The ability to sort out the irrelevant from the crucial is one of the key skills needed. The

use of the 2 hour version will provide a more comprehensive amount of materials for assessment

purposes, as the user has the option of responding to specific communications and situations.

You can add your own brief, before the programme starts, as to the areas you want people to

work on. This would be essential where you require a written report or a presentation at the end

of the 2 hour session. We also have a range of additional related exercises that go beyond the

original simulation while retaining the same theme.
