Identifying Development Needs
The simulation can also be used to identify development needs for managers.
This requires feedback about the individual’s outputs from the exercise, followed by a coaching/training plan.
The following choices are available:
Individual review - 1 or 2 hour versions. Paper based version can also be used here. The shorter web programme would still provide sufficient information on which to base a review of needs.
The options with the 1 hour version are:
Presentation
Written report
Group work - The programme can be given to small groups, 2-3 people, during training events, with the brief to present their recommendations at the end of your alloted time.
We are also able to provide a range of paper based exercises to follow on from the initial use of the material. This avoids a change of scenario when when covering a range of development options.
The WashBox simulation requires the ability to take in a large amount of information quickly and then to make decisions about what action needs to be taken.
