The first major test of this simulation did not go as planned.
While the client had seen the PC based version, they requested that their assessment programme be paper based.
A large number of day long assessment events was a severe test of WashBox content. However, the client was very satisfied with the outcomes of the use of the material to such an extent that we are not able to change the original material as it has become standardised!
User Feedback
As well as client feedback, the users quickly became involved with this virtual company.
It is not just another financial simulation, but tries to reflect the real world. When the programme was being developed, reluctant volunteers were told to go through it.
The interesting comment was that although they were not too keen to spend time working through a computer simulation, they very soon became involved with the company and its activities.
As more organisations see this programme, the comments from future clients are very positive and the addition of the 1 hour version has assisted this.
Comment heard from user during assessment session (with pain): “Are you going to add any more to this?”
