On-Line Version
The simulation material has been made available for on-line use. This uses 16 questions with large multi-choice options. The results are then scrored againt the competency map.
This is therefore a further option for use where small numbers of people are involved, or where there is difficulty in getting groups together due to geographical separation. This method can be used for both existing and prospective employees.
This web based version therefore offers a flexible approach to assessment, without the
use of your time. It is a quick and economical way of getting a management profile, without any hard work on your part!
